PMT symptoms most of the month

I'm 46 and my periods have been sappy for at least 4 or 5 years. I don't mind that. I finished my period a few days ago and already feel irritable, achey, headachey and occasionally tearful. I can't take anything with progesterone in as it makes my endometriosis worse. I had HRT alongside zoladex treatment and it was horrendous if it was one with progesterone. Livial was fine. I've not been to my GP because if I understand correctly I can't have oestrogen only HRT if I'm still having periods. Is it worth seeing the GP? I take amitriptyline for chronic headaches and might up the dose. I'd decreased it due to tiredness but the headaches aren't as well controlled on one and I can choose one or two tablets as per my prescription. I don't have hot flushes, I'm single so no issues around sex, I'm just very PMTish most of the month. My cycle ranges from 3 days to 48!

I don't have any advice but just wanted to say it's no fun!

I'm 36 and suffer terribly. Then only thing I can suggest is perhaps to treat each individual thing I use mefanemic & tranemexic acid for painful heavy periods and sumitriptan for migraines, I was also offered propanalol as a preventative.

Iron for tiredness etc.

It's an endless cycle (literally) so sympathise x
