No withdrawal bleeding on Utrogestan

I have been using Oestrogel and Utrogestan for 18 months. At first I had a regular withdrawal bleed but that hasn't happened for 10-12 months. Should I be worried?

I’m in the same boat . I’ve an appointment tomorrow to see a dr in person about hip / endometriosis pain , I did mention in my telephone appointment that I had not had a withdrawal bleed for 3 months . She didn’t seem overly concerned and said it can happen .
Not sure when we go from sequential progesterone to all of the month .
Im going to ask tomorrow.

You should see your GP.

You need a scan to make sure the lining is ok and not getting thick.
