Hi all , omg im so fed up , peri for about 2 years( im 47) and my periods are all over the place, super heavy, super long, clots flooding, the whole lot , had all scans n blood tests all normal and dr has given me medroxyprogesterone tp try , been on it 3 weeks and this is my 2nd bleed, first one was just a few days but this is now day 8 of period ( feels like a day 2 ) with flooding for 2 days im surprised i have blood left in my body, i was hoping the tablets would help but is it to early do they usual work right away or is it usually after a month or 2 , i have to take 1 daily no breaks? or do i need something different? its so painful! im so over it at this point in time i would happy if i had it just removed , cant go out cant do anything , sorry for the rant
