just picked up prescription

Hi Everyone, I have just picked up my very first prescription for HRT. It was a battle to get it, as everywhere low on stock, but my husband found some!!

So I've been given patches and progesterone, I'm on day 20, can I start my patches and not have progesterone until day 15 ( next month) or do I leave patches until day one of my cycle? cycle is normally 30 days.

I just started when I collected my prescription.

It's created a new cycle. The bleed is not really a period anyway.

So I started on the 6th Jan. Progesterone started on 21st of the month and will do so on that date each month hereafter.

My old periods are irrellevant now.

Agree start patches then day 15 progesterone. I use my progesterone vaginally at night so no side effects and I created a spreadsheet I mark off each day so no confusion .
