Elleste solo 2mg and uteogestan 100mg

I've recently upped my Elleste solo from 1mg to 2mg as my night sweats are still horrendous .
Do I need to change my utrogestan dose or will 100mg still be enough ? I'm on 1-25 days of that but also wanted to ask if I could just take it every day and not have a bleed ?

It's enough.

If you were using over 3mgs, you may need more.

You can do every day- the 25 days is a bit outdated now and most drs say take every day if your periods are over and you are post meno.
