Mirena and orgasms

Just had Mirena fitted recently.

I have read everywhere that DTD will not affect the Mirena but I am over-worrying about it at the moment. I have also read that having strong contractions during a period (?!) could move it. So which is true?

I have an embarrassing past in that I was once sent for an MRI due to symptoms which turned out to be my first migraine, brought on by orgasm 😳so am really scared to test this out. The letter they wrote to my GP afterwards still haunts me.

If anyone has had the Mirena move, was it an obvious pain?
