Hi , I’m on continuous Everol 75 & Utrogestan 200 , for a very long time I can’t lay on my sides for long due to pain , so I’m twisting & turning most of the night . The pain used to travel down the outsides of my thighs but that seems to have got better . I was examined by my menopause Dr she said it’s not my hips but due to lack of Estrogen , well I’ve been on HRT 2 years . If I go for a long walk my hips are so stiff afterwards . I have resorted to taking a couple of ibuprofen before bed occasionally
I think that another visit to the Dr is needed .
Does anyone else experience this pain ?
