Sitting here going crazy...Perimenopause symptoms or pregnant?

Hi there,

I am looking for some help/advice.
I am 42 and my periods are really regular between 28 and 30 days, this month however I've bleed twice within 10 days of each other.
I am also experiencing stomach cramps and feeling of nausea on and off.
Has anyone experienced this and could this be the start of perimenopause for me.
Can't help thinking I might be pregnant, I've taken 4 tests and all negative but not sure if am testing too early.

Any bleeding between periods should be checked out. Go to the GP for a gynaecologist referral.

Thank you, I will keep an eye on it it stopped after 3 days so very similair to my periods.
