Crying at the slightest thing

I'm not depressed, or unhappy, I'm not crying because I'm sad I'm just really emotional.

It's driving me insane, I just watched a YouTube clip of swan lake, the 4 little swan bit and was in floods, I read about a strangers dog dying, I cry, I'm watching Happy Valley at the moment and I'm dreading the final episode as I know I'll be in floods. I even watched a farm show and 2 girls were galloping on a beach and that made me cry, because I thought it was lovely.

I've always been a bit emotional om the quiet, but just lately it's getting all consuming. I took my dd to watch the lion king in London and I barely took anything in as I was trying so hard not to cry

Has anyone else experienced this? I'm sure it's menopause related, any hints or tips?

I'm sorry you are feeling this way. I am going through something similar definitely menopausal. Are you taking supplements?
