Can't Sleep

Hi all. I'm 52 and am going through the menopause. I'm unable to get a decent night's sleep at the moment with occasionally taking a Nytol.

I've tried magnesium tablets and CBD oil (which gives me headaches). I've cut down in coffee and do quite a bit of exercise.

It's getting to the point where I can't function very well in less than 7 to 8 hours sleep. I have quite a lot of stress in my life at the moment which doesn't help.

Has anyone tried anything that works?

@lljkk - Thanks for asking. I've had less anxiety and less insomnia. I usually have one or two days a week where I only get about 5 hours sleep and am OK the rest of the week. Exercise has helped

Cool! Ta 4 update. do you think it was a little bit of all the things you tried that helped, or mainly getting more exercise? How much more exercise are you doing now compared to before?

Please forgive my nosiness, I like hearing how things turned out, the end of the story.
