Since the summer I've had joint pain, insomnia, crap focus and felt tired and a bit anxious. No periods since the end of November and before that they were increasingly heavy and painful. Got Elleste Duet tablets today.
Can anyone advise on what to expect re: periods coming back in particular or just generally how they responded physically or mentally?
I'm quite nervous about taking them as I've never taken the pill or anything before!
