Menopace

I've just started taking Menopace and wonder if anyone takes anything else alongside it?

I'm not on any other medications and not taking HRT.

Interested as I started taking them Monday.

After two weeks of taking Menopace my fairly mild flushes stopped, which was great. I'm sure it wasn't a coincidence. I took Boots Red Clover and Isoflavones alongside it because I'd read somewhere it's good during menopause.

Unfortunately although the natural remedies helped somewhat, they didn't sort out all symptoms so I started HRT eventually.
