Hi, I’m wondering if anyone else out there has experienced this; I’ve never had a regular menstrual cycle but had 2 occasions now where I’ve not had a period for 4 months in a row and felt great! As soon as I have period again I’ve got migraines, brain fog and depression. I’m 51 btw. Thanks all
:)

I’ve felt better when I haven’t had periods too. Gutted when they happen. I’m not missing them at all.

I suppose it’s to do with a certain hormone?
