Cramping/Twinges on HRT?

Morning, I’ve recently started Everol sequi 50, still on the oestrogen patches. Having quite a bit of what feels like uterine twinges but mainly on one side? Is this normal? Will it stop?

I’m hoping it stops as I feel I need the HRT. Anyone else had this?

I had it non stop for the first fortnight and assume it was my uterus doing its thing - I had a scan before the end of that cycle (for something else) and the radiologist commented that my lining was very thick, so presumably that was the impact of the estrogen.

It's been less crampy since my post utrogestan bleed.

Thank you. Hopefully it’s just the body getting used to it then as I’m definitely sleeping better so appreciating that side effect.
