I was browsing Tesco shopping app, searching "kit" to buy curry kits and was startled (Grin) to find for sale menopause kits!! Has anyone used one? Do they work? What do they reveal?

I'm 54 and had an ovary conserving hysterectomy about 8 years ago and so have no idea where I am on the menopause "journey". Don't really have any issues. Never used hrt although don't know if I should anyway

Complete waste of money. Even the NHS doesn't do tests on women your age and if they do, the tests are often inaccurate.

At 54, they say that alt least 80% of women are post menopause. A very small number go on til 56 but that's unusual.

I'd assume you are now post meno because the evidence also shows that even with the ovaries left after a hysterectomy, they often fail within 2 years regardless of the age of the woman at the time.

Oh I'm so buying one of these for my wife on April Fool's Day!

You're all welcome to the funeral!
