I am on holiday with a pool and a hot tub. Today my patch has come off, probably in the hot tub. It was on my bum cheek but my bikini bottoms covered it.
Anyway, I have put another one on.
Do I change the patch on the day I usually would have done, or do I shift it forwards a day (I had just changed patch yesterday).
Thank goodness I brought a spare packet with me, so unless I lose another one I should be ok. I don’t intend to use the hot tub again because of this which is a shame.
