Hi - I've not had a period for 12 months. No symptoms of peri menopause at all - does this mean I'm 'through' the tough part? crosses fingers and touches wood

I think so! That’s the proper definition anyway. Have you ever had any symptoms? I don’t know if they could start now or maybe you’ve just sailed through it (which would be marvellous) Someone who knows more than I do will come and tell you I’d imagine - but hopefully you’re one of the lucky few!

Thanks for replying! No, nothing at all. Felt hot sometimes in bed last summer but not sweaty, and that's it.
Would love to think it's passed me by...
