Evorel 50 & Conti advice

Due to an error taking a complete box on holiday with me and losing track, I ended up using Evorel 50 for 3 weeks and I'm just finishing one week of the conti.

Should I go back to the 50 now or use a second week of Conti?

They are absolutely not interchangeable. Continue is combined and has progesterone which you need unless you have had a hysterectomy or have a Mirena. 50 is just estriadol and shouldn’t be taken without progesterone unless you don’t have a womb or have a Mirena. My GP prescribed me 50 accidentally and I had to point it out to him.

I would imagine you go back to your usual pattern, ie one more week (right?) of Conti and then back to 50. But I'd also check with a GP/ pharmacist.
