uti like symptoms

Hi, I have been given ovestin for VA symptoms, My main problem (besides the itching) is UTI like symptoms-but no postive sample test. Has anyone found Vagifem better for these symptoms? If so do you need to do the 2 week loading with that if you change from ovestin cream. This is all a nightmare. Women really go through it.

I'd do the 2 week inital loading dose.
I'm not using at the moment due to just having had a hysterectomy but normally once the loading does is done I'd do vagifem twice weekly for internal and mine is Estriol cream, around the Vulva area 2/3 times weekly.
