Hair loss on legs

I've been on Oestrogen only patches 75mcg for a good while now&the hair on my legs has seemed to have stopped growing.Its only half of each leg,weirdly!
Its still the same everywhere else though may have slowed down on my under arms.
Is this normal or could it be something else?

Normal. I'm in my sixties. No HRT. Had my last period at about 53. I have very little hair on my legs these days, and none on my arms or underarms. A few more hairs on face, nose hair grows a little faster. I've lost a lot of head hair but have a master stylist who does wonders. Much thinner pubic hair.

All hair everywhere else is normal though.Not lost or thinning.Just under arms maybe growing bit slower.
Been on hrt about 5 yrs now.

Hair growth has moved from my legs to my chin.

I noticed my leg hair hardly needs shaving now and I take HRT. I wonder what causes it?
