Missed Utrogestan

Reminder now set on phone, but have only just realised I should have started taking it on 1st Feb. Have taken one dose immediately (14.45 on 4th Feb) but now worried a) what effect it will have on my cycle and b) when I should take the next dose

Has anyone been in a similar situation? What happened?

PS have looked at previous threads and they relate to missed pill in the middle of taking it, rather than starting to take it almost three days late

It's fine, just take for the number of days you should have. May or may not effect your cycle, mine actually don't relate to when I take progesterone but if yours do then you might start to bleed before the end of your progesterone phase if you still have a 'natural cycle' or you might still only bleed after you stop the progesterone if you are only having withdrawal bleeds now
