HRT - Surgery - and stopping

Would love some advice, if anyone can help, please?

Late 40s, full peri, on Evorel patches and Utrogestan 14/30. For about a year now.

Have surgery in a couple of weeks for something unrelated, in the pre checks saw a warning about coming off HRT before surgery, and so took the patch off, on Tuesday.

It's now Friday, and I feel - how to put it politely - as if I'd quite happily do something evil to someone!

Is this because I took the patch off suddenly? Or have I become possessed? And should I put it back on?? I'm feeling a bit lost Confused
