Utrogestan supply

I am wondering if any ladies have spare utrogestan to send me.
This thread www.mumsnet.com/talk/menopause/4683113-utrogestan-capsules-supply-issues?page=1 suggests a shortage.
The menopause society website also mentioned an interruption in supply, and also begins website.
Without utrogestan, I could go into serious withdrawal which could be life threatening.
I will explain why.
Utrogestan or progesterone is not addictive, but for benzodiazepine dependent ladies like me, as both benzodiazepines and progesterone act on GABA receptors, many benzodiazepine dependent ladies have stopped taking progesterone, not realising that both substances act on the GABA receptors, and ran into crises.
I have put a request into my pharmacy.
So, any help would be appreciated.

I put off getting Utrogestan for a month because I couldn't face having to ring round the pharmacies to find it but when I went in on Tuesday my pharmacy had it in stock. They said it was coming in all the time and supply wasn't a problem any more. I've also seen a post on a FB group that came via the manufacturer saying supply issues were sorted.

Could you request a Mirena coil? Then you will be covered for 4 years and won't need to worry about supply issues

Latest update from manufacturer as of end of Jan. I know some people's GPs prescribed an alternative progesterone temporarily (Provera I think) until they could get hold of Utrogestan

I have to stay on utrogestan because any alteration in my progesterone will have disastrous effects. My doctor is aware.
It would be great if someone had any spare that they could send me.

I cannot alter my progesterone, I am afraid.

I get stressed every time I order it in case there is a supply problem. I am glad you got yours and I understand what you mean about phoning pharmacies, I would not be able to do that
