GP hasn’t increased my oestrogen

I’ve been on everol sequi for 15 months or so. My main problems were insomnia and migraines. Both stopped not long after I started on the patches and I thought it was amazing. However I’ve started getting hairloss, migraines and insomnia in the last 6 months so I spoke to the GP a couple of weeks ago and said I wanted to increase my dose. The GP said to come in. I went in today and she’s put me on everol conti. It is the same amount of oestrogen I’ve always been on (50mg) and I’ll have progesterone all month (170mg I think - the same as I was on for 2 weeks before). Is this normal? This isn’t what I was asking for. I wanted more oesteogen. I thought more oestrogen would help with my symptoms but have i got it wrong and it’s more progesterone I need?
