Following on from the saga of not having started the patches because my period has decided not to show up this month., i figured I might as well take the plunge after i've had a shower tonight......but where do you stick them?? It says not to wear under tight clothing or waistbands but I wear tights to work and leggings a lot of the time outside work.....have i actually reached the age where I have to buy elasticated waist slacks from M&S??

I used small tegaderm 6x7cm film dressings and they were very good at keeping them in place after a few peelers - tip from mumsnet! Got from amazon and eBay (now on HRT pills)

Ah good tip @melemone ! I was trying to check if it was ok to cover them or maybe tape round the edges. I put it on the front of my thigh thinking that would get the least friction / movement and it’s firmer compared to somewhere like my bum. They seem to wrinkle quite easily though.

"Slacks"! Haven't heard that term used since my Gran died. She was devoted to her slacks.
