Heavy feeling

Does anybody get what can only be described as a heavy feeling in their abdomen?
I'm neatly 50 and peri menopausal and manage the symptoms with a herbal formula.
Recently I have only what can be described as a discomfort on both sides just above my hip bones. I'm mildly bloated too.
It comes and goes but mainly hangs around in the evenings.
I'm healthy, eat well, exercise a bit have a physical job but this is annoying
Anyone had this?

Prolapse? Or ovarian cysts? Maybe check it out with your GP?

No never had that but as PP mentioned it could be an ovarian cyst - you would need an ultrasound. Being bloated is a symptom, as is needing to wee more. There are various types of ovarian cysts/growths but obviously there are more nasty ones. I had a very large "normal" cyst but it had to be removed due to it's size. Best to make an appt with a GP and take it from there - it might be nothing to do with a cyst but no harm in checking!

It needs checking.
