Hrt and antibiotics

Hi I recently had a chest infection so had amoxicillin then a week later had a root infection so dentist gave me another round of amoxicillin I'm on everol 50 sequi for 3 months and symptoms have returned plus having a period haven't had a regular period since I am on desogestrel too could the antibiotics be messing with my absorbtion of hrt or do I just need higher dose

If you are on sequi HRT you don't get periods anyway. You get a withdrawal bleed each month, but it's not 'your period'.

Did you not get a bleed in the previous 2 months? Sometimes women don't.

It doesn't mean you need a higher dose.

Is desogestrel the mini pill? This is for birth control?

Yes desogestrel is the mini-pill and I haven't had a bleed the whole time I've been on patches and I haven't had a bleed whilst on the mini-pill over the last 7 years so must admit it was a bit of a shock it feels like a natural period nothing heavy or worrying just unusual for me and my mood is awful crying and not wanting to do anything talk to anyone see anyone hot flushes and insomnia back but not quite as severe
