How frequently do you get your hrt script?

A letter from the menopause clinic asked my GP to prescribe three months of hrt but I'm still getting two months' at a time (an improvement on one month, how it used to be prescribed).

I'm curious about how frequently others are getting their scripts.

I get about 3 months worth of utrogestan and two months of estrogel prescribed every month. Gp just can't understand hrt dosage although I've explained multiple times. I've stockpiled a few months worth of estrogel incase there's a shortage. Might as well make their ignorance work for me for a change, considering the war I had to fight to get any help with my menopause.

Fwiw I get a prepayment certificate, it's good value as I have a third unrelated item every month too.

My practice will only.prescribe 1 bottle oestrogel at a time. Drives me crazy.

I have recently moved house. My previous GP prescribed three months supply. My new GP only prescribes one months supply despite my requesting three. Roll on April.
