Vaginal oestrogen and period

I’ve just started on Ovestin which is really helping me (sore internally). Have only been on it a few days but have now got my period.
Do I continue with the cream pessary tonight or stop whilst I’m bleeding? I can’t find the answer on the leaflet or on the internet.

I came one here looking for the same answer. I've just started blissel, just over 2 weeks but have now started period and should be doing it every night for another 5 days, reverting to twice a week after that.
I am guessing you still do it whilst on your period. My only concern is it could maybe come out with your blood (is that possible 😂)
Anyway I figure as there's no mention of it that you do continue regardless of your period.

Thanks. I did stop using it as don’t feel too bad (soreness wise) but will restart it as soon as period ends as presume the symptoms may return.
I too thought the cream wouldn’t last and would be washed away! 😂
