Utrogestan Shortage

I can't get hold of Utrogestan and due to take it tomorrow. Can I take the gel over the weekend on its own until I can talk to my GP or should I stop everything? Or is there something else I can do?

Nice says it's okay for (most) women to have 3-monthly cycles especially in peri so you can carry on with the gel until you get some sort of progesterone.
