Hand joint pain, arthritis or menopause?

Can menopause cause pain in hands/fingers? They feel a bit swollen and sore around the joints.

Do you use a phone/pc a lot? Could be RSI. My hand, finger and wrist pain definitely worsened during menopause (and since) but it's the beginning of rh.arthritis apparently (my mum, aunt and gran all began with the same at about the same age- I'm 57)
Maybe get a blood test to rule things out.

I used to get awful joint pains in my hands pre period, it got a lot worse since ive been in peri menopause. Its much better if I stay off bread even though Ive got no allergies to bread or wheat
