Night sweats only, no daytime flushes?

Anyone have this as sign of Peri-meno/hormonal issues? No daytime sweats or hot flushes but drenching night sweats/weight loss etc. Periods regular but pain all up one side to ribs.

blood tests all good, but referred for chest X-ray…. They are looking at hormonal causes or anything more sinister or serious….

I was waking up in the night very hot and with sweaty legs but didn't have daytime hot flushes at all. I was put on HRT and the sweats went away within a couple of weeks. I didn't have rib pain though, nor weight loss, that definitely needs to be checked out.

I only ever had night sweats, never had a hot flush in the day time. None since starting HRT.

Only night time for me, never day. Literally sitting in boots waiting for my first HRT prescription as we speak!

I rarely had a hot flush in the day but was regularly waking up in the night swimming.

HRT helped a lot as did a wool duvet. The wool regulates the temperature.

Yep same. Actually improved by swapping to soya milk (I think, does contain plant oestrogen so…?)
