Return of terrible insomnia. Sleep advice please?

I started HRT about 15 months ago with Evorel 50 and the mirena I already had. Instant improvements in symptoms and I’ve been really pleased. Most important was the improvement in sleep and I began sleeping for a reasonable stretch in the night.

Now this has got worse again with waking around 3-4 am and not getting back to sleep. I have to get up at 6.15 in the week.

I’ve got a bit of night time hip pain returning, and occasional night sweats, but nothing like how they were before HRT.

GP recommended changing the dose of the patches but the ones she prescribed are not available. I’ll get back to her, but in the meantime, has anyone got any sleep advice?

Epsom salt baths twice a week, a 20 minute soak.
Magnesium tablets.
Good, clean bedtime routine. No screens/phones in the bedroom. Go to bed at the same time every day, read a book (not Kindle) then head down.

I’m in exactly the same position. I’m already on everol 100 but my sleep is horrendous again all of a sudden
