I've just been reading about Happy Mammoth supplements, designed for women. They claim to help with peri /menopause. Has anyone tired these?
I'm struggling to get to my GP to discuss HRT so looking for something to help me n the meantime

I have tried them, actually, already finishing one bottle of Harmone Harmony - I used to get hot flashes every now and then, they seem disappointed. Also, cravings for sweet are almost gone. I have another bottle to go, fingers crossed.

NavyBloo · 14/01/2023 16:02

I meant hot flashes disappeared 😅autocorrect

Thanks @NavyBloo. The Facebook reviews make them sound amazing, but I do t trust Facebook reviews 😂.
It's good to hear someone's experience.

Hi ladies, Ive started hormone harmony 3 weeks ago as was reluctant to take hrt at 41, has defo helped sleep and bloatedness around my tummy and felt calmer first few wks but this week my tummy has been off and late at night im waking up feeling slightly anxious..anyone else noticing odd symptoms? Abit wrried fb reviews are not legit 😏

Noblemum · 07/08/2023 08:46

I too am looking at these and very expensive, so would love to know other people's opinion recently.

tostaky · 11/06/2024 11:32

Anymore feedback? Im looking at it now...
No symptomes whatsoever apart from meno-belly and much shorter periods (2 days instead of 5 days) - perhaps more prone to headaches (but that maybe life as well!!)

BrassicaBabe · 11/06/2024 12:40

OMG they are stalking me all over social media 😱 I DID make the mistake of looking at their website. Just once 🤨 I struggled to find an ingredient list or nutritional breakdown. So I watch with interest!

DarlingCoffee · 17/06/2024 03:19

I tried them but unfortunately they didn’t work for me.

elQuintoConyo · 17/06/2024 05:40

Not heard of them, but I and many friends have had success with Piping Rock menopause ease.

JaneLLtr · 15/07/2024 11:29

Oh my goodness. I’ve been taking them for two evenings. Both nights I have had really awful crippling headaches that last well into the next day. Two lots of pain killers has seen it off by midday. I NEVER get headaches!
Has anyone else experienced this. I’m not sure I can continue them, but two days isn’t exactly giving it a good try.

veritusverity · 15/07/2024 12:29

Not tried them, but I do know ginseng is meant to be good for the immune system, and rosemary is meant to help reduce muscle stiffness, but I don't know how much scientific research actually backs this up!
