Does anyone feel like HRT might be the cause of their anxiety?

It helped at first.
But a year down the line and I just feel more agitated than i've ever felt.
Jiggling about today. It's so annoying.
Going to try to up my oestrogen to see if that helps.

Yes, I feel the same. Don't feel right with or without HRT. Don't sleep with or without either. All in all, horrendous!
