Body odour....

I'm not sure if it's because I've put weight on slightly but I've noticed my body odour is alot stronger around my arms and boobs which is making me paranoid. I also think my vagina smell has changed, not fishy or anything but more musky. Did anyone else notice this?

This happens in pregnancy a lot, hormones so Id imagine it's very common. Im sure someone with more experience will come along soon and reassure you.

Ah yes didn't think about that thank your for your response.

Yep. It's not all the time but around period time, before and after it drives me batshit. It makes me a smite paranoid.

There is a load of stuff you 'should' cut out apparently. Although the list made me feel a bit annoyed. Men don't have to do this shit.

Hoping HRT will help.

I definitely have the musky smell down below . I hate it it makes me feel unclean . Is it hormones that cause this ?

Mine was my trunk. Not sweaty just smelt odd.
I resorted to 3 baths a day and grapefruit products from Body shop.
Knocked my confidence for a bit.Hrt sorted it.

I'm experiencing this (perimenopause though, one of the first of a growing list of symptoms). I ended up using Mitchum and that seems to have sorted it for my armpits.

Meltinthemiddle · 15/01/2023 19:46

Yes I'm using Mitchum too, definitely has helped the arm pit issue. Still smell musky, just a different odour.

It's odd isn't it? I don't quite feel like myself somehow....
