If I'm on the two weekly regime for progesterone because I'm peri, how will i know when my real periods stop?

Also, if I went on to progesterone every day, would that stop my periods all together?

You won't.

Only be coming off hrt for a few months and seeing what happens.

If you use it daily, it may hold back your own periods but it's really designed (the dose) for women post menopause. Used too early, your own periods can break through.

Thanks @JinglingSpringbells 💐
So may be a good idea to take a break & see where we are at?

well that depends on how you feel without hrt.

You might skip a lot of periods and go 3-6 months with none and then one comes back!
