I'm on activelle: 1mg oestrogen/0.5mg norethisterone acetate, coming to the end of the second month on it, and i feel a bit strange after exercise (that I've just started back at).

I used the cross trainer on sunday and then came over funny after, and slightly nauseous and yesterday i did a high impant class and feel off today.

Has anyone else exerienced the same, couls it be down to the tablets?

I feel like this if I’ve had a break from exercise or pushed myself more than usual. I feel like this on an off oestrogen.

I always make sure I have a decent snack/breakfast before exercise too. I do intermittent fasting most days, but not if I’m exercising early in the day. If I try and go without I’ll feel really off!

When I ate after the first time I felt a bit better. Maybe its lower blood sugar or something.
