On HRT and breasts have grown from 34B to 34D

Since being on HRT for two months my breasts have grown from 34B to 34D. Are they going to keep growing or will they return to 34B? Also nipples are bigger and very tender to the touch.
Do I need to adjust dosage? I’m currently on 2 pumps Oestrogel and 100mg continuous Utrogestan.

Mine started growing before hrt in perimenopause and have carried on growing abit. I expect some of the 'growth' might well be water retention from the utrogestan as mine get noticeably bigger when i take it (sequentially) and reduce a little abit when off it.

I can’t stop taking the Utrogestan as I’m post menopause so have to take it continuously. I wonder if it is water retention? Even the D cups are getting tight so think I need a bigger cup, I have never had big boobs and they are huge! I just want them back to the B cup size.

Where are you putting the Oestrogel? I take Utrogestan 100mg continuously with Evorel 50 patches. I find it’s better to put the patch lower down and to the side. I noticed unpleasant symptoms like yours when I put the patch higher up and on my tummy.

I’m putting two pumps on Oestrogel on my inner thighs each morning.
I’m wondering if two pumps is too much possibly?
I’ve just been properly measured for new bra and they said I need a 30G! I was 34B before I started HRT four months ago!
Any advice welcome!
