Menopause vitamins

Anyone got any advice?

I had a hysterectomy earlier in the year but kept my ovaries.

So will likely have menopause within 5 years (that's average lifespan of floating ovaries!)

I have come off northisterone when I had the OP having been on it for 18 months.

Although doing really well I've noticed achy joints recently and sometimes I feel quite warm in the face - although not really what I would call a hot flush (yet?!)

When I get the menopause it'll be classed as surgical and will be given HRT.

However in the meantime I'm thinking of taking some vitamin supplements designed to support menopause (basically it has 23 supplements in it but only vitamins and minerals iyswim?)

I'm hoping that by taking them now when the time comes I've given myself a head start iyswim? I'm only 42 so still will be at the lower end of menopause age even if doesn't come for 5 years.

Has anyone else taken supplements and felt it's made any difference to their general feeling of well-being?
