Just wondering what vitamins do people take alongside HRT? Px

Only Vit D which everyone is supposed to take over the winter.

If you have a healthy, varied diet, you don't need vitamins. All you need will be in your food.

My meno consultant is very anti-vitamins for the reasons above.

I take the Centrum Women's 50+.

I know they're supposed not to be necessary but I've felt much healthier since taking them.

Yes, I think it has helped me, I buy 90 tablets at a time, Amazon seen the cheapest place to buy from it you want to try them. They do a few versions, I take the original version. Good luck.

400mg magnesium glycinate 30 mins before bed. It's massively important to supplement with magnesium during menopause.
