Oestradiol of 110 pmol/l low ideal is 200

My lovely gynie tested my hormone levels and says my Oestradiol levels are low and should be closer to 200 - not 110. I'm on estraderm 75 patches - seems to be fine - although I do suffer from insomnia at times - could this be due to my low levels? Any one else have this experience - it's all gobbledegook to me!! Thx x

I believe that's the level for bone protection. It may help sleep a bit too
