Picking up a prescription for gel later on today, I have been on oestrogen only patches for about a year. Doc thinks I am not absorbing well from the patches and gel might be better, and I react to the glue on Evorel too.
So how do I manage this - whip the patches off before a shower tomorrow morning and just start using the gel right away?
