Wise women - please help!!
I’ve just received my first HRT prescription- I’ve got estradiol patches and utrogestan vaginal tablets. I know the patches are to be worn every day and the tablets to be used 2 weeks on/off, but do I start with an ‘on’ two weeks and then take a break, or do I start using them in 2 weeks time? I can’t seem to find an answer!! Thanks so much.
