Help!!
ive seen the nurse and now the dr at my surgery and the nurse said my oestrogen is declining and I have symptoms (cycles irregular, night sweats, smell like a teenage boy, anxiety, brain fog) so prescribed HRT.
when I spoke to the dr and said my night sweats have stopped but anxiety increased they told me to stop, as im only 42.
I have had a few blood tests done to rule out thyroid etc. I have to have it repeated as thyroid is border.
my fsh is all over the place but my oestrogen seems to be falling 300 then 170 cycles are a bit all over the place. Mainly reducing in length.
I have searched on the internet but my search skills are yielding little results so thought I would ask the very experienced ladies here. Are these levels deemed low?

I was told 135 was borderline when on Hrt. Gp said 400-600 on hrt is a good level to aim for but everyone is different. It's not much use to test when not on hrt.

Some women do find the mini pill helps to even things out a bit but ultimately hrt would too. It's a battle that's in my experience best fought by regularly tracking and recording and multiple visits to Gp. Good luck!

Anxiety does increase for the first couple of months in my experience. Utrogestan can be taken vaginally if it's that that's causing it; I do find oestrogen can cause it though
