Dizzy on evorel patch!! Help is this a side effect???

I’ve been on evorel and mirena for about three weeks and feel dizzy and rather out of sorts. Pressure in head and just odd. Is this normal?

I only have experience of the patch and felt a little dizzy and out of sorts for a few weeks while it all settled down. I didn't have a coil fitted though. I take Utrogestan.

Check in with your Gp or meno specialist and let them know. Your doze or method may need reviewing.

Hi I know its an old post but I have Evorel and thr Minera fitted and feeling exactly the same...feels like something is effecting my brain, Im out of balance dizzy and feels like a tight pressure in my head? Its every day, but I find when I eat it subsides/ maybe connected to blood suger levels, I know hormone imbalance can effect balance and cause dizziness but with the head pressure it feels brain related to me?
