I am guessing this is another leuteal (sp) phase drop in oestrogen, but i have been wiped out again today and hips and joints are so painful I am in bef. Am on Estradot100mg and 14 days of Utrogestan.
I hate this, it's miserable. I feel like giving up HRT as I just have to take more and more medicine, for not much benefit.
Dr at Newson suggested daily Utrogestan and Testosterone, but the oestrogen levels aren't even sorted yet and progesterone makes for v low mood. It just seems like i have to throw more and more drugs and money at it.
i dunno, just moaning. I guess looking for a hand hold. And yes need to go back to GP. ☹️
