How to classify this bleed

Last period was end of Jan/beginning of Feb.

Started hrt two weeks ago and now started bleeding 2 days ago.

How will I know when I'm 12 months without a period now? Do I just class this as new HRT bleeding and consider myself post menopauseal at end of Jan, or not?

What if I have this every month?

I'm on a continuous combined pill.

You should be on a sequi regime, not a conti regime. You are not post meno as you haven't gone 12 months without a bleed. You could well get break through bleeding if you are unlucky.

What I meant was, 12 months without a period. If you start a conti regime too soon, your own cycle will interfere and you may get erratic bleeding. Perhaps see if you can switch to sequi ?
