Davina McCall's Menopausing is good.

It depends how much science you want and how much anecdotal input from 'slebs'. And what you are needing help with- choosing a treatment? Understanding the time line of menopause? HRT?

You can probably find enough from the web, such as Menopause Matters, or other medical books/sites.

My advice is only to use books written by doctors, or books with a lot of quotes in from drs.

ps Many of the books written by people like the one you link to are 'ghosted' and written by medical or health journalists, with input from consultants.

I've read a few and the Davina McCall one is definitely up there as the best for me x
