Online or in person - any recommendations? In person would have to be Scotland.

I have no idea what is going on with me. I was wide awake at 4am again this morning. I can feel the anxiety and hopelessness coming back. But on the other hand, i am feeling nauseous and suspect it might be too much estrogen. Just no idea what to do and where to go from here.

GP impossible to see, phone consults only and depending on who you speak to you might get help, you might just get told to get on with it.
